S.N. Builders was founded by Mr. S. Narayanan in 1991. With extensive training, skills, and experience, he began his journey by developing a modest project-two flats on an 800 sq. ft. plot in Mylapore. Since then, he has successfully completed over 50 projects across various locations, including Mylapore, Anna Nagar, Abhiramapuram, Adambakkam, Nanganallur, Chromepet, Urapakkam, Velachery, Mahalingapuram, Kodambakkam, Choolaimedu, Arumbakkam, Virugambakkam, Valasaravakkam, Madhuravoyal, Villivakkam, and Ambattur, among others.
S.N. Developers & Builders Private Limited was incorporated in 2009 under the Companies Act, 1956, with Mr. S. Narayanan and Mrs. A. Revathy serving as Directors. The company’s registered office was originally located at 30/1, Swarnambigai Nagar, Virugambakkam, Chennai – 600092. However, the office has since been relocated to a new address.
